We’re a family business established in Builth Wells since 1961, the store has been trading since 1924. Starting out as a traditional ironmongers, we have long since expanded into many other areas which include Gardening, Decorating, Fuel & Housewares. We can cut keys for you while you wait, and we’re very proud to be a Dulux Colour & Advice Centre too!

Our key aim is to help our customer. You will always receive our good old-fashioned service, and if we don’t have the product you’re looking for in stock we will always try and source it for you.

We have a committed staff whose first aim is always a happy customer. Our staff are trained to assist you, whether its with getting a copy key cut, or finding the perfect colour to match those new cushions you’ve just bought. We have a long track record of excellence, having previously won Mica Retailer of the Year for Wales and been a previous finalist in the Hardware Retailer of the Year category of the National Retail Awards for the DIY Sector.
